Moist Chocolate Cake/ Kek Coklat Moist

Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

For Cake

  1. 1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
  2. 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  3. 1 cup of Fresh Milk
  4. 1 cup of Hot Water
  5. 1 3/4 cup of Flour
  6. 3/4 cup of Coco Powder
  7. 1 teaspoon of Baking Power
  8. 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
  9. 2 cup of Castor Sugar
  10. 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  11. 2 Eggs
For Toppings
  1. 250g Chocolate Bar
  2. 2 tablespoon of Fresh Milk
  3. 1 tablespoon of Butter
  4. 2 tablespoon of Evaporated Milk
Method for Cake:
  • Heat the oven on 160'c
  • Add sugar, flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Mix together and set aside
  • Whisk the eggs in mixer till fluffy
  • Add fresh milk, cooking oil, vanilla essence and whisk for 2 minutes
  • Add the mixed ingredients little by little
  • Add the hot water and mix together 
  • Pour into the pan and bake for 40-60 minutes
  • Check the baking by pricking using toothpicks (if the cake still in liquid form, baking for few minutes more)
Method for Toppings:
  • Heat a small pan on top of boiling water
  • Add the chocolate and stir it using the whisker
  • Add fresh milk, butter and evaporated milk little by little
  • Stir it for few minutes until well blended
  • Pour on top of the cake

Kek Coklat Moist

Bahan-bahan:

Untuk kek

  1. 1/2 cawan minyak masak
  2. 1 teaspoon of Esen Vanilla
  3. 1 cawan Susu Segar
  4. 1 cawan Air Panas
  5. 1 3/4 cawan Tepung Kek 
  6. 3/4 cawan Serbuk Koko
  7. 1 teaspoon Baking Power
  8. 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  9. 2 cup Gula Kastor 
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Garam
  11. 2 biji Telur
Untuk Topping
  1. 250g Bar Coklat
  2. 2 tablespoon Susu Segar
  3. 1 tablespoon Butter
  4. 2 tablespoon Susu Pekat
Cara-cara untuk kek:
  • Panaskan oven dengan suhu 160'c
  • Masukkan gula, tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder, baking soda ke dalam mangkuk dan gaulkan. Asingkan.
  • Pukul telur sehingga kembang menggunakan mixer
  • Masukkan susu segar, minyak masak, esen vanilla dan pukul selama 2 minit
  • Masukkan adunan tepung sedikit demi sedikit
  • Masukkan air panas dan gaul sebati
  • Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 40-60 minit
  • Periksa cake dengan menggunakan pencungkil gigi (jika masih ada adunan cair yang melekat pada pencungkil gigi, bakar lagi untuk beberapa minit)
Cara-cara untuk Topping:
  • Panaskan kuali kecil di atas air mendidih
  • Masukkan coklat dan kacau menggunakan whisker
  • Masukkan susu segar, butter dan susu pekat sedikit demi sedikit
  • Kacau sehingga rata untuk beberapa minit
  • Tuang ke atas kek
